I am a person based in UK. I currently share my ponderings and sketches on my website. I have no associates or partners or sponsors. My content is personal and not business-related.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Some personal data is collected by plugins and cookies from third parties.
These are data collected to gather statistics about visitors and to help the functionality of some pages (for instance, read your comments, filter SPAM, or respond to your questions, or help share my content on social media).
To comply with GDPR I am currently reviewing and deleting data (and removing plugins) no longer relevant for my purposes.
Comments
This website does not collect data through comments on articles. Comments are disabled.
Contact forms
I keep contact form submissions for up to 12 months. I do not use the information submitted through contact forms for marketing or for any other purposes.
Embedded content from other websites
This site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites (i.e. Youtube, Alamy, social media etc) behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
Many web hosting accounts collect some anonymous analytics data.

Askimet We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself). Antispam Blocked comments can be stored in the Spam area if needed. This can be enabled/disabled via Settings page. This is useful for testing and debug purpose. Blocked spam comments can be easily converted to regular comments if needed. Anti-spam plugin is GDPR compliant and does not store any other user data except of the behavior mentioned above.
Who we share your data with
I don’t share data from my website with any other party, although some data may be collected directly by them through plugins and cookies.
My website host is Hostgator, a company based in US. This is their privacy policy (click to open the link).
How long we retain your data
I keep the information sent via the contact form for twelve months.
What rights you have over your data
If you have contacted me through my contact page you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.

Contenido insertado de otros sitios web
Mi sitio web puede incluir contenido insertado de otros sitios web (videos, imágenes, artículos, etc). Los contenidos insertados desde otros sitios web (YouTube, Alamy, medios sociales, etc) funciona de la misma forma en que si se hubiese visitado el otro sitio web.
Esos sitios web pueden guardar informacion de visitantes, usar cookies, insertar funciones de localización de terceras partes, y estudiar la interacción de visitantes con el contenido insertado, incluyendo la interacción con el contenido insertado si se tiene una cuenta con esos sitios web y se esta interactuando abiertamente desde la cuenta.
