I did many of these during lunch breaks at my City Lit course.
I struggled for some time with sketching on the go because I found large sketchbooks bulky, conspicuous, heavy… A few times I’d carry a sketchbook with me and wouldn’t even get it out of my bag.
Until I realised I could use small ones. They are light, they fit in my handbag and they don’t make my arms tired.
I liked them so much I started making my own sketchbooks.
All the drawings in this page were done between January 2016 and May 2017.
